Villa Havu is a high-quality and atmospheric semi-detached cottage in the middle of beautiful nature, completed at the turn of the year 2021/2022. The cottage is located about a kilometer from the slopes and services of Iso-Syöte. Enjoy the outdoor and sporting opportunities offered by the surrounding area, as well as the experiences offered by nature all year round. Ski trails, bike and sled trails run alongside. The cottage is equipped for 8 people. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds, and on the loft there are four separate beds. The space Downstairs (61.5m2) there is a spacious and high living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, both with double beds, sauna, bathroom, separate toilet and a spacious hallway for outerwear, boots, etc. There is enough storage space for even a larger group. The loft (22.5m2) has four beds. The stairs covered with felt mats are safe for children to walk on, and a child gate is also available. The cottage is equipped with a travel cot. At the end of an active day, you can relax in the peace of the cottage, for example, in a sauna or in the outdoor hot tub (+38C 24/7). The hot tub is located in a quiet place on the large, covered terrace in the backyard. The pool can comfortably accommodate 5 adults. Villa Havu is well equipped and you can spend a carefree holiday there for a longer period of time. The equipment includes a washing machine and a drying cabinet for laundry care. Thanks to the 100/100 Mbs fiber optic connection, remote working from the cottage is possible at any time of the year. The well-equipped kitchen has a comprehensive set of dishes for 10 people. The cottage has a 50" 4K smartTV with cable channels and a bluetooth speaker and, of course, a Wi-Fi connection. The air heat pump keeps the cottage's temperatures in check even in the heat. In addition, there is a high chair for the smallest of the family and a lockable outdoor storage for storing equipment. During the summer and autumn season, you will have terrace furniture + a top-quality Weber charcoal/briquette grill (Weber Master-Touch GBS Premium E-5775 charcoal grill, 57 cm) to grill, roast or smoke your own grilled delicacies. Bring your own briquettes/charcoal. The cottage has basic supplies: - hand towels - toilet paper - kitchen towels - dishwasher and hand dishwashing detergents - laundry detergents - disposable peflets for the sauna - baking papers, wraps, foils During the winter season, it is possible to add 1 ski lift ticket to the slopes of Iso-Syöte at a low price. We offer one ski lift ticket for weekly reservations at a price of 110 euros/week. (For shorter reservations 25 euros/day). The ticket can be used by more than one person during the day. (Normally the price of an adult day ticket is 48 euros). The ticket is ready in the code box at the cottage. Request these separately by message. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The rental period starts on the day of arrival at 4 pm and ends on the day of departure at 12 pm or as agreed. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Linen and bath towels available on request, 20 euros/person without making the beds. If you want them ready-made, the price is 30 euros/person. After each tenant, the cottage is cleaned and the hot tub water is maintained by the property management company. Prices include free use of the outdoor hot tub.
