The Moscow Flat–– One Bedroom Close to Downtown

The Moscow Flat is a fresh apartment ready for your next getaway! This bright and stylish main floor flat boasts a full kitchen, bathroom, separate bedroom, in-unit W/D––all brand new. Soak up the morning sun on the outdoor patio or cozy up infront of the fireplace. With an easy stroll to our vibrant downtown, you are close to restaurants, shopping, and the UI. Also, WSU is just 8 miles across the boarder. We'd be honored to host you at the Moscow Flat! The space The Moscow Flat is called the "Flat" for a reason––it's quite small! Though it doesn't have a big foot print, the Moscow Flat provides all the essentials for a comfortable short or longer term stay with a kitchen complete with an oven and fridge, 3/4 bathroom, cozy sitting area with TV and fireplace (faux!), well spaced bedroom with a queen mattress, clothes closet, and a stackable washer and dryer. The couch also converts into a full sized bed and a mattress topper makes for a comfortable option. There's also more room to spread out and enjoy your morning brew or evening chill on the private patio. Guest access There is a separate two bedroom apartment upstairs called the Moscow Loft. The Moscow Flat has its own entrance on the right side of the building (the Loft's entrance is the center door). Both units are private from each but do share a double door (with separate deadbolts). Guests are able to book both the Moscow Flat and the Moscow Loft for a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas, a deck and a patio, plus loads of parking. Please message if you are interested in booking both the Moscow Flat and the Moscow Loft! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE that there is another apartment above the Moscow Flat. If you are noise sensitive, we'd kindly suggest that the Moscow Flat may not be the best option for you. We have added noise reducing features and request all our guests to be courteous to others. But with that, this is an apartment and you do hear some muffled sound.
