2 Bedroom Apartment Minutes from the Beach

Lovely 2 bedroom basement apartment located in the stylish Burlington Mansions which is located just a 5 minute walk from Boscombe Pier. Parking is allocated along with access to the building's gym and games room. Boscombe's Blue Flag beach provides a perfect family playground. Explore the waves with expert tuition from one of the local surf schools or watch the world go by at one of the fabulous local restaurants. The space We have a lobby which our apartment only has access to and is a great place to leave buggies, coats, surf boards etc. There you will find a camp bed in the cupboard also as well as a high chair and baby bath. This is also where we have stored the iron, ironing board and clothes drier (hopefully you will not need to be ironing on your holiday though 😊) The main bedroom contains a double bed with bedside cabinets, a mirrored dressing table with 3 drawers and fitted double wardrobe so plenty of hanging space. Off of the main bedroom is the en suite with a shower, sink & toilet. The children’s bedroom has 2 singles beds, one with a bedside cabinet. There is also a 3 drawer chest or drawers of and fitted double wardrobe. There is a wall mounted television which has the Freeview channels as well as a Netflix account, there is a DVD player also. The main bathroom has a large bath with overhead shower. Wash basin with wall mirror and toilet. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine and dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle & toaster. There are a number of various sized pots , pans, utensils as well as slow cooker. There are tea towels, cling film, kitchen foil, bin bags and kitchen roll. The lounge has a dinning table and 4 chairs, 2 large sofas, a coffee table and nest of tables. There is a wall mounted TV with the Freeview channels & Netflix for you to use, a DVD player and number of DVD’s in the unit under the television. There are 2 breakfast bar stools and to the left of those there is a cupboard with a selection of board games. We also have also put an Amazon Alexa on the nest of tables. Guest access The apartment is solely yours. The games room and gym can be used by all residents. There is also a large patio at the back of the building which has seating and a BBQ area which is a shared space.
