A Comfortable Bungalow on the Gower Coastal Path

A golfer's and rambler's paradise! Located on the Gower Coastal Path the bungalow is just a 20 minute walk from Three Cliffs Bay, crossing Pennard Golf Course and passing Pennard Castle on the way. A well-stocked convenience store that is open until late, and a bus stop with hourly buses into Swansea, are in the same street, and the Gower Inn is just a few 100 yards away. The bungalow is warm, comfortable and well-insulated, with both ceiling and wall cavity insulation and double glazed windows. The space This is an ideal location for a family holiday, being located on the Gower Coastal Path, and a leisurely 20 minute walk will get you down onto the beach at breathtaking Three Cliffs Bay. The bungalow is in a quiet residential area, so noisy parties and any noise after 10 pm are not permitted. There is a large securely fenced, south-facing, rear garden that is completely private, has the sun all day. This garden provides a safe outdoor area for pets as well as children. Guest access Access is by way of a key safe located near the front door and the bungalow will be available after 10 am on the day of your arrival. Guests will have the entire bungalow to themselves during their stay and there is plenty of parking space in the front garden or on the quiet road outside. Other things to note The shower area is large enough to accommodate an elderly guest with mobility issues along with a carer, and there are also grab rails in the shower area and by the toilet. There is a 55ins smart TV in the living room, a 24ins smart TV in the main bedroom, a 21ins TV in the second bedroom, and a desk and swivel chair in the third bedroom.
