Cabin in Denton

Looking for a place just outside of Lincoln to unplug and relax? This cabin sits nestled on 80 acres overlooking a little lake with fishing, boating and kayaking available. Watch the prettiest sunrises and sunsets on the patio or from inside through the abundant windows. There is a full kitchen, a living room with a smart TV, strong WiFi, updated bathroom, 3 sets of bunkbeds and a queen-sized bed. Perfect for a girl's trip, guy's fishing retreat, Husker football game weekend and so much more! The space Our cabin is a little over 1200 square feet. The main living area has a sitting nook (our favorite spot to watch the sun rise), a living room, dining room, kitchen and 1 of the 3 bunk beds. The bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a queen bed. All have super soft bedding plus extra blankets provided. Two mini splits to control the heat and cooling to your comfort. Baseboard heat as well for some extra coziness if you'd like. You can park down by the cabin or up by the garage and take a short path to the cabin. Three cars fit perfectly by the cabin. Please note that it is a rocked dirt road leading to our property. Guest access We want our guests to explore as much of the 80 acres as they'd like. It's beautiful land! You'll have full lake access with 3. new fishing docks! We have kayaks and a small (motorless) boat you can fish off of. Other things to note We are super family and dog friendly but be aware that this cabin is tucked away in nature so there are other animals (deer and such) roaming the property. Also, use caution around the water. Any time you get on the water (boating or kayaking), you must wear a life jacket. All fishing supplies and life jackets are provided but get a lot of use so if you're an avid fisherman/woman, feel free to bring your own. We have a fully stocked lake!
