Located in the Campo Belo neighborhood (12 min. walk from the Airport and 14 min. drive from Av. Eng. L. C. Berrini), impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi and functional kitchen. What is a common area: yard, laundry, living room and support kitchen. The studio has a kitchen and a private bathroom. We do not receive unaccompanied minors from their guardians. The space The space consists of an integrated kitchen-bedroom and bathroom in a total area of 35 m2. It is a studio located in a house that contains other studios and suites for guests only. The entrance is completely independent, so the guest receives a key to the entrance of their studio and the entrance to the property (gate and main door). The studio is on the ground floor. Please note that cleaning is weekly and the cleaning fee is a single installment in any reservation. The common areas of the house are: a large kitchen (in addition to the studio's private kitchen) that is well equipped with a double oven and cooktops, a large living room, a table in the outdoor area for meals and a counter in the indoor area, as well as a hall with a bathroom and laundry room. We have a garage upon availability consultation and separate payment directly to us. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the entire house. Except in the outdoor and uncovered area. The laundry is covered despite the high ceiling height. So, smoking is not allowed there, either.
