Damages incurred will result in additional charges. Please do not flush wipes, feminine products, prophylactics, or paper towel down the toilet as we are on a septic system. This is a non-smoking property. Please review the current fire ban status before proceeding with a fire. A fire is strictly restricted to the fire pit in the backyard. Please do not leave fires unattended, and thoroughly douse the fire when unattended. A hose and water access is conveniently located at the back of the house under the deck.
