This is a historic cozy family cottage that sits on 40 wooded acres of land. Behind the cottage, there are woods to explore and go hiking with a beautiful forest preserve right across the street. There are two beaches close by know as Egg Harbor Beach and Kangaroo Lake. Great places to eat within 1 mile for the whole family or just adults. Eccentric shops and boutiques in many of the towns close to the cottage. This cottage offers a place to enjoy a bonfire under the stars with privacy. Space that can be used is the main floor, sunroom, kitchen, and outside. The upstairs is used for storage. The space that is available is the downstairs area, yard, and forest. Upstairs is for storage only. There is a sofa bed that turns into a full futon and a cot in one area and in fireplace room there is a king size bed and a trundle with two single beds. Also, one full bathroom, sun room, table sitting area, dressing room, and kitchen.
