I work in my garage sometimes making flower arrangements. I have very spacious kitchen, washer/dryer inside the house. You are allowed to use it once a week if you are staying over 6 days. Outdoor table and chars in the front of the house. Guest access Kitchen, washer/dryer, front porch.
