They say location is everything and this home is in the best location. We're only 100 yards from public river access and 0.8 miles to Downtown Kernville. This is a clean, family friendly ranch house within walking distance to the river, historical town, rodeo grounds and the bike track. The river is so close you can hear the running water. Enjoy the backyard Adirondack chairs (with a propane fire pit/table) to start your day or to 'wine' down and enjoy the river sounds. The space Our home has everything a family will need: toys/books, games, swingset, pack n play, high chair, kids plates/utensils. Feel free to use our complete outdoor set which includes: a wagon, ice chest, 4 Tommy Bahama chairs, outdoor towels and an ez-up for a walk to the river or day on Lake Isabella. Upon entering, you’ll see our open concept kitchen along with a cozy breakfast nook. In addition to all of the necessary kitchen stuff, we have a blender, drip coffee pot (with filters), a french press, Keurig (with pods), outdoor/river friendly cups, and reusable tupperware. From the kitchen you’ll walk into our comfy living room with the 60” TV, amazing fireplace and hanging guitar (feel free to jam out). ;) We have 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms have brand new King size memory foam beds and 1 room has brand new Full size bed + Twin with a Trundle. There is a complete remote work space with a desk, computer, and Starlink satellite internet. With Starlink, you will have no trouble connecting to a video call while everyone else is streaming TV or playing with their phones. We have 2 bathrooms, 1 has a bathtub/shower and the other is a shower. Both bathrooms will come stocked with Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Soap & Hand Soap and a brand new hair dryer. The fully enclosed fence is a great place for the dogs (additional fee), and the home includes dog bed and bowls. Our garage is open to our guests so you can utilize the washer and dryer (detergent provided) and so you can get competitive with ping pong. Feel free to store your mountain bikes in the garage too. We recently upgraded the home to central air conditioning. The home also has central heating for the cooler months as well as an impressive fireplace. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, garage, fenced in front and back yard.
