A quiet and luminous flat entirely eco-sustainable, built and furnished with bio-building techniques and materials and ecological finishes. Equipped with Wi-Fi and Netflix, it is centrally located, well supplied and very strategic whether you are in Milan for business or leisure. Just a few steps from the Arco di Porta Ticinese and the Duomo, the M2 Porta Genova and Tram 3 and 9, which will take you to all the points of interest in Milan in a few minutes. The space Structured on two floors and with multiple beds, this spacious and engaging flat is ready to welcome any traveller. The flat is a real gem in the centre of the Navigli and you will immediately feel a sense of serenity and well-being thanks to the warmth of the eco-friendly furniture and furnishings. In the heart of Milan, therefore, a cosy and sustainable little island awaits you. In the 1800s, the building in which the flat is located was the Country Villa of the Counts of Belgioioso: in the living room, you can still find original elements such as the floor, mosaics and fireplace. The bedroom is on the upper floor and can be reached via a wooden staircase. It has a comfortable double bed that will allow you to enjoy a good night's rest, plus an entire room that serves as a walk-in wardrobe. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a spacious table where you can enjoy your meals, a SMART HD TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix, for which you will find my account already registered. There is a 1gb Wi-Fi connection throughout the house. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find a Welcome Kit with shampoo and shower gel, sheets, duvet and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The bathroom offers, in addition to complete sanitary facilities, a spacious shower cubicle, an LED-lit mirror, a hairdryer and all the space you need to store your personal belongings. The kitchen is complete with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher and of course a complete set of pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. It is completed by a Create Thera Retro coffee machine, which will allow you to enjoy the traditional taste of Italian espresso. You will also find a water kettle with tea and herbal tea bags. If you are 2 guests but would like to sleep separately and use both the bed and the sofa bed, I kindly ask you to inform me in advance so that I can have the sofa bed ready for you. Guest access The flat is located on the second floor with lift of a typical and characteristic Milanese ‘ringhiera’ house which has just been restored. It is located in the historic Navigli area, literally a stone's throw from the Arco di Porta Ticinese and a 10-minute walk from the Porta Genova Metro stop. The Duomo can be reached with a pleasant and charming 25-minute walk or in 13 minutes with Tram 3, which is a short walk from the flat. With the means of transport you can reach all the points of interest of the city in a few minutes: Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, Garibaldi, Centro Storico, Stazione Centrale. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed inside. Other things to note The entire house is designed and furnished with natural materials and ecological finishes. We also pay special attention to the products used for the maintenance and cleaning of the house. You will find many details that will make you feel at home, books, plants, music, colours and scents. The area is lively, energetic and well stocked with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. You will really feel the historicity of the neighbourhood, immersing yourself in the fascinating atmosphere of a piece of Milanese history, the Navigli.
