A 2 bedroom, 2 storey semi-detached holiday cottage in a prime location within Lochgoilhead village. With loch and mountain views, easy walking to the Goil Inn and the start of a number of marked walking trails, 1 Planetree ticks a lot of boxes. The space A compact and cosy cottage works well for a single traveller, couples, or small family. Close to the start of Inverlounin Road, the access for the villas on the east side of Loch Goil, there is little traffic. Ideal for meandering down in to the village or walk further up the road to the start of the scenic Dukes Path. Parking on the same level for 1 car directly across from the cottage. Uninterrupted views across the loch to Beinn Bheula and the rugged range of several summits. You may just want to park yourself on the bench and watch the scenery change as the day drifts by. Ground floor: Entrance, Bathroom with electric shower over the bath and w.c., Open plan lounge and kitchen. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms. Master bedroom with loch view, wardrobe, drawers and hanging space. 2nd bedroom is best described as compact with a combed ceiling and chest of drawers. 1 Planetree has been refurbished in a clean and contemporary style. Well insulated and central heating, plus a wood burner, makes for a warm and cosy place to relax in all year round.
