Guest access This listing is for a private bedroom. The bedroom has a keypad lock. Kitchen, dining area and bathroom are shared either with the host or other guests. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES We have a strict no parties policy. Please note that in case of a party, the reservation is cancelled automatically with no deposit returned. We have two security monitoring the front and back entrances to the house. CHECK IN Check in time is between 4PM and 10PM. Unfortunately we are unable to provide earlier check-in as our housekeeper needs to clean and sanitize the apartment. CHECK OUT Check out is at 11AM. Our housekeeper needs to prepare the listing for the next guest, and unfortunately we are unable to extend the check-out time. LUGGAGE STORAGE Luggage storage is available starting 11AM if you need to drop off your bags early. For those with a late departure, you can store your bag until 4PM. The luggage area is shared, and we cannot be liable for your belongings AIR-CONDITIONERS We have window air-conditioner unit in the room from the end of May to the end of September.
