Cozy quiet room with bay view

Nice basic room in quite neighbourhood with easy access to public transportation and close by hiking opportunities. The room is in my private apartment, I the space and facilities in the rest of the apartment is shared with me. The space Private apartment, that I live in. The room the accessed immediately from the hall way, which leads on to the shared bathroom and kitchen/living space. During your stay I am living in the apartment and will be available for questions and small talk through out the stay.
