The house is located near I-75, Oaks mall, Butler plaza, Celebration point and The Stadium (GO GATORS) within a short drive! Besides that, there are endless options of restaurants nearby for your convenience. The space This is a spacious upstairs bedroom with a private bathroom in a shared townhouse located in Rockwood Villas, where each of the 3 rooms is rented separately. Ideal for solo travelers or couples on short or extended stays. Self check-in is easy with a personalized code for your privacy and safety. The room features a private AC unit, TV, mini fridge, desk, chair, dresser, nightstand, closet with hangers, fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTH The shared kitchen includes a water filter (cold, drinkable water) and an ice maker in the freezer.
