Wake up to the sound of Bellbirds and the ocean. This relaxing beachside studio guest suite is located in a leafy setting on a quiet no-thru street. Relax on the balcony with views over Twofold Bay. It's a short 100m stroll to beautiful Cocora Beach. The space Ideal for couples and small families. The studio guest suite is newly carpeted comprising a separated living / sleeping space. You have access to your own deck and extra large full size bathroom. There is a small induction cooktop (with induction cookware provided), gas BBQ, microwave, mini fridge and mini freezer (will be turned off - unless required). These basic facilities are located on the outside deck. There is no internal kitchen but rather a kitchenette with an electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine. We provide BBQ and tomato sauce, olive oil, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Kitchen utensils, including kitchen knives, wooden spoons, tongs, can opener etc are provided. Also bowls, plates, cutlery, cups and glassware are provided (even plastic plates, cups, knives and forks for the little ones!) There is a large stainless steel sink with hot and cold water with a generous draining board. We supply dishwashing detergent, paper towel, tea towels, scrubbing brush and dishcloths. There is a modern queen size bed (with generous king size quilt), with a spacious walk in wardrobe and storage space. There is a portable cot and the sofa can be converted to a double bed (with bedding provided), if needed. On the covered deck there is a dining table with 6 chairs for you to enjoy your meals, or you may prefer to sit back and relax in the reclining deck chairs with a beautiful outlook towards the beach. All you linen and towels are provided - as well as beach towels. There are also a heater and fan provided for your added convenience. There is FREE unlimited NBN WiFi, plenty of books, puzzles, kids toys and games! Other features include: - Satelite TV - Free Netflix - Free STAN (includes STAN Sports) Please note that this studio guest suite is the lower level of a tri storey house, with both sections of the property being totally separate (two solid timber permanently locked internal doors to provide security and privacy). Guest access A separated private space that is entirely for your own use. Other things to note This property is a self check- in. However I can be contacted should you require any assistance. To access the guest suite and Cocora Beach you must walk up and doen steps (may be problematic for older guests and/or guests with large heavy luggage). There are two shower heads in the shower in the bathroom. The left hand side shower does work but it needs the tap to be fully opened. Registration Details Exempt
