Queen size bed with kitchenette, fridge, couch, WiFi, cable and quiet heat pump system. Just over 20min drive to old town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, PHX and AZA airports. The space Studio apartment with vaulted ceilings, kitchenette and large bathroom. Very quiet space with soundboard, a solid brick wall and 2x4 framing with insulation separates this space from the other living space so lots of privacy. Kitchenette is equipment with a microwave, hot plates with assorted pans, a skillet and a 10cu ft fridge. It does not have a oven in the unit.
