Inside the home you will have access to a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom and three bedrooms. The space The house is a brick style ranch house. You will have your own private entrance through the front door. The bathroom, kitchen, living room and the three bedrooms will be for your full private use. Two bedrooms will have a queen sized bed with plenty of closet space. The third bedroom will have a double/ full sized bed with plenty of closet space also. The living room has a home theater set up for you to enjoy after a long day exploring Colorado’s outdoors. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart TVs for you to use any of your streaming services. The kitchen is equipped to handle all of your cooking needs. Guest access Access is available to all of the house except the garage, backyard, and the owners private space separated by a locked door in the kitchen. Other things to note The house is set up similar to a duplex. There is a single female long term tenant on the other side but they have their own private entrance and driveway through the back of the house. There is no shared space of any kind between your group and the tenant.
