The screened patio has a gas firepit as well as an outdoor wood-burning pit. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The driveway is long and ready for an RV or boat. The entire property is non-smoking. This home books fast and you are encouraged to book in advance! The space Located on the border of the great Smoky Mountains, we are only a few minutes from beautiful lakes, boating, river activities, scenic hikes, and only 15 minutes away from the University of Tennessee. Guest access The entire home is yours! Other things to note We love animals. If you have a pet, there is a large fenced yard. There is an additional $25 per dog per per stay. Cats are free but bedroom doors must remain closed to keep our bedrooms pet allergen free. Pets are not allowed upstairs and a gate is provided.
