Located in Sant'Antonio Abate, on the north side of the Monti Lattari ridge, the house enjoys a strategic position. It is ideal for visiting the ancient city of Pompeii, the seaside resorts of the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts, and the natural beauty of the Monti Lattari Regional Park. The location offers privileged access to the Sorrento Peninsula to the west, the Amalfi Coast to the south, and the Sarno plain to the north, making your stay an unforgettable experience. The space The house, originally built in the 1960s by my parents, has recently undergone a renovation that has transformed it into a cozy home. It now offers guests two rooms equipped with all comforts, each with a private bathroom, while maintaining the charm and history of the original structure. Guest access In summer, guests and the owner can share the relaxation area of the terrace-solarium. During the winter, a cozy reading-conversation corner with fireplace and TV is available. In addition, the property offers a small garden with mandarin, lemon and orange trees, a small vegetable garden and farm animals. Other things to note There are many places of interest in the surrounding area: Pompeii is 6 km away, Castellammare di Stabia with its Roman villas and Gragnano with its historic pasta factories is 3 km away, and the medieval castle of Lettere is also about 3 km away. The property is located 25 km from Naples, Salerno, Ravello and Sorrento, and about 30 km from Amalfi and Positano. For trekking enthusiasts, it is a good starting point for excursions to Faito, the Valle delle Ferriere and Pizzo Cerreto-Santa Maria ai Monti.
