Fabulous Villa with pool near the sea, sleeps 4

Great house with private pool and terrace located near the magnificent beaches of Papagayo. It's a 2 minute walk to the promenade and local shops, a 15 minute walk to the Marina with its exclusive restaurants, bars and shopping centre, and just a few minutes walk from the local lbeach. There are 2 bedrooms; a master with en suite; twin with family bathroom. There is an office on the ground floor. A lot of the furniture and appliances are almost new. There's loads of space and a very well equipped Kitchen. There is air conditioning in the Master Bedroom, and ceiling fans in the second bedroom and lounge. The office has a desk, bed and wardrobe. The pool has a cover and is a nice temperature in the summer/autumn months. Other things to note Due to a new Spanish law, we will need to collect some data about you including your payment details which we have to retain. We'll send you a list once booked. For 7-14 night stays, there is no cleaning or linen change although it can be requested at a cost of €75. There is a washing machine in the Solana which you are free to use For 14-28 day stays, one clean and linen change is included in the booking charge. Additional cleans/linen changes available for a fee - depending on requirements You are welcome to use the BBQ but we cannot guarantee it has been cleaned as we rely on the previous guests doing this.
