The space OCCUPANCY For fire safety reasons, you must respect the occupancy limit of 6 people. This number includes all occupants, children and babies included. Pets are not allowed. Checks will be carried out by our staff and the military police. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Arrival time: Monday to Friday..........between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Saturday to Sunday......between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Departure time: 11 a.m. INCLUSION: Accommodation includes electricity, stove pellets, non-potable water, complete set of dishes, cookware, glasses, utensils, indoor grill and BBQ (spring, summer, fall), induction cooktop (one burner), microwave, toaster oven, 4-cup filter coffee maker (filters provided), refrigerator with freezer. The yurt has a closed bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-size bed and a loft with two queen-size beds. All our mattresses are hotel quality. Inside, you will also have access to a private enclosed washroom with an incinerating toilet. Showers are always available in the main cottage, located a five-minute walk away. Wi-Fi is available during the Castor Center's opening hours. Toiletries (toilet paper) and household products are provided and are biodegradable. DON'T FORGET: - Drinking water (available for purchase on the site if needed) - Sleeping bag or complete bedding - sheets, duvet, pillows (available for rent on site if needed) - Personal belongings - Towels SECURITY DEPOSIT: A pre-authorization for a $250 security deposit will be taken on your credit card upon arrival. The security deposit will be cancelled following inspection of the accommodation, no later than 10 business days after the tenant's departure, if the yurt is returned in the same condition as when it was received (clean AND without any damage) and if there have been no complaints from neighbours. The security deposit will be used for any damage to the accommodation or furniture or for the payment of other costs incurred by the tenant during their stay. If any additional charges, such as minibar or other charges, are incurred after your departure, they will be deducted from your security deposit. ADDITIONAL SERVICES (payable on the site): - Late checkout, subject to availability - Fast food breakfast and lunch on weekdays - Bedding - Equipment rental TENANTS OBLIGATIONS BEFORE DEPARTURE: 1. Dispose of your garbage in the containers located in the parking lot. 2. Turn off the pellet stove or air conditioning, if applicable. 3. Clean the unit thoroughly, wash all equipment, small appliances, and dishes. 4. All items must be in their original condition and location. 5. Place used dish towels and rags in the bag provided in the bathroom. 6. Doors and windows must be locked. 7. Return keys to the front desk.
