A regular professional long-term rental application will then be required to be processed, and it also will help you to reduce your monthly cost comparing with the short-term or middle term (not over than 3 months staying) rental especially if you go your long-term rental process directly with me. 7. The roommates I have usually are long-term rental professionals or students and some of them were transferred from our airbnb guests. Any question, please feel free to ask. *8. The room booking fee listed is only for one person. Extra guest for this room is $25/day, $150/week and $350/month, I can adjust it from your booking in case you need to, just let me know it. 9. My house is in a beautiful, quiet, safe and upscale area near the ocean, just a short distance driving from here to almost every major attraction in Monterey CA. 5 minutes driving to the business area. 10. A Furnished, bright, very quiet, comfortable and specious Master Bedroom (Upper-Stairs) with a big private bathroom with Jacuzzi , in a 4-bedrooms and 3 full baths beautiful house, queen-sized bed and onsite laundry. Easy driveway or off-street parking. It is also a newer and clean house and sparkly clean on all of your private part. *11. We are looking for a clean, kind, considerate, honest and responsible travelers, professionals, teachers or students. You can cook daily but we prefer you have some days are light cooking/no cooking. In many places, the kitchen is not opened, but we are open for you to use only if you can keep it clean after using. *12. During the pandemic period, we try to keep distance and help, consider and protect each other, reduce the # of renters. But still we couldn't host a guest who is in below situation: COVID-19 positive with any respiratory symptoms, fever etc., required 14 or more days quarantine that is requested by the healthcare system/a healthcare professional, you suspect you might have infected by the COVID-19 virus. Kitchen is open for airbnb guest only for curtesy and he/she must follow the long-term regular renter house cleaning rules: clean and maintain it by yourself after use and before use if you feel it is not clean enough for your standard since the kitchen is a shared place, frequently used, easy to be messed up and require everyone’s efforts to keep it clean. If you don’t feel you are obligate to clean it to your acceptance and our standard acceptance, please don’t use it. It should not be included to review on me, because it is not included in your price and it belongs to review to roommates, yourself and everyone currently in the house to use it:). 14. Please read the house rules. The basic supplies only give a week-long for you to prepare it by yourself for your rest of the weeks’ needs. *15. Check-in time at 4pm-9:00pm; Check-out time at or before 11:00am. Guest access You can access almost all the public area in the house which are living-dining area, kitchen-breakfast area, laundry room, entrance, stairs, front porch, backyard, side-yard, wifi, refrigerator, microwave and oven in the house.
