This beautiful villa is well maintained. is 1935 Sq ft and has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms A south westerly facing extended pool deck with raised spa and childs safety fence, the pool deck is 40' x 21' with the pool being 26' x 12' with a raised 4 jet spa, the pool receives the sun from early morning to the sun setting. We have established plants and shrubs around the pool deck for privacy. Full games room and lots of extras. Just minutes to the parks Emerald Island is a great guarded community. The space Our luxury villa is fully equipped with everything you may need to enjoy your next holiday. Including: Formal Lounge/Dining Area On entering through the front door you enter into our formal lounge with two oversized sofas, cable TV, DVD, Playstation 2 for the children. The dining area has a table with seating for six. Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with all the electrical equipment and utensils that you would need for your stay - you just bring your food. Breakfast Nook The nook area has two high chairs around the breakfast bar and a breakfast table that seats 4, ideal for your breakfasts before you head for the parks. Family Room The family room is looking out onto the pool area with a queen sleeper sofa and a love seat, full entertainment centre with cable Large Screen TV, VCR, CD/DV player a library of books and DVDs for your entertainment. Master bedroom 1 The master en-suite has a kingsize four poster bed with dresser night stands and lamps, a large ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bath, wc, large walk in closet this bedroom has cable tv/dvd combi. A safe is installed in the closet for guest use. Master bedroom 2 With large queen size sleigh bed a large set of drawers and night stands with lamps, an ensuite bathroom with bath shower and wc, plenty of closet space and cable tv/DVD combi. Bedroom 3 Twin beds a set of drawers, lamp and plenty of closet space, cable TV/VHS combi. Bathroom 3 This bathroom is between bedroom 3 and 4 and has a full bath and shower wash basin cupboards, towel closet. Bedroom 4 Twin beds a set of drawers, lamp and plenty of closet space, cable TV/DVD combi, this room is disney themed for the young ones Games Room We have a full size slate bed pool table, an Arcade Game with over 50 games, and a dartboard. High top table and seating. Pool/Spa The pool area is extended for more comfort around the pool, there is a raised 4 jet spa, pool furniture, child's safety fence, we have lots of plants and shrubs around the pool area to make it more private. Please note that this is a self catering villa, you will be provided with a toilet roll in all toilets, kitchen roll in the kitchen and bin bags in all bins. All towels and linens are provided for your stay. On access to Emerald Island you will get a car pass for the duration of your stay, there is a $20 charge per car or pass. This is collected from the club house. Guest access The Whole of the villa including Pool/spa (pool/spa heating is separate if required contact host) Other things to note The price is for the villa only if you require Pool/Spar heating please contact host so we can get a price for you. The Security gate will required a $20 per car fee for the car pass which enables guests to use the fast lane into the resort and for the mini golf this is collected at the club house..
