Charming apartment in the old town center

Spacious 80 m2 apartment located in the heart of "Old Bordeaux", a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On the 1st floor, the apartment is equipped (large TV, washing machine, oven, dishwasher...), ideal to make the most of your stay in Bordeaux. In an atmosphere full of authenticity, you will appreciate the serenity of these walls, while being in the heart of Bordeaux's cultural and festive life. Linens are provided The space Well-equipped and in the hyper-center, the apartment is located on the first floor without elevator access of the building. It is divided into two parts, the first on one side of the landing, the second on the other. - In the first part you have: - A fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils. You also have a dining table. In the second part you have: - A large bedroom with a double bed not overlooking the street for more calm. - A TV lounge. - A bathroom with shower and toilet. Accommodation made for 2 people! For your convenience, you will also have a washing machine at your disposal. Sheets will be provided, we will provide you with bed linen, towels, bath mats and dish towels. We will provide you with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee pods and tea bags. Other things to note The large 30 m2 kitchen is separate from the rest of the apartment, while remaining on the same floor Check-ins are until 8 p.m. In case of late arrival, we ask for an additional fee when handing over the keys, which amounts to: - €10 for check-in from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. - €20 for check-in from 9:30pm to 12:00am Registration Details 3306300797341
