Cosy and very convenient our place in Brighton is close to everything and very relaxing. Fully furnished with comfy furnishings. It’s a clean & quiet house with air-con, 2 comfy beds, a cosy couch, open plan kitchen and dining and a private wrap around deck. Whatever you’re in town for our place is easy and relaxing place to enjoy. The space A cosy unit with a sunny outlook and a perfect location. The open planning living is comfortable and easy. With large kitchen, dishwasher, microwave. Dining area comfortable for 6 and living space made to relax. The 2 double bedrooms are tranquil and quiet. Outside on the deck, enjoy a drink in the sunshine and greenery after a walk along the beach or around the park. The wrap around deck and patio is fully enclosed and very safe for kids. There is a weber BBQ and 6 seater outdoor table. There are 2 bathrooms an en-suite, main bathroom and separate toilet / powder room. There is a euro laundry with a laundry sink and washing machine. The best thing about the space is the location.... - Close to the beach - 10 minutes walk - A huge park, at the end of the street. - Want to eat out? ... then take your pick from Martin Street, Brighton or Glen Huntly Road in Elsternwick or Ormond Road in Elwood... all in walking distance. - Access to the city? Walk to either Gardenvale station or Elsternwick station and be in the city in less that 20 minutes It's such a great spot you're spoilt for choice.
