2 rooms, family friendly, Brighton /Hove +parking

On a quiet tree lined street, our clean, smoke free home is close to the sea in a quiet area the city of Brighton & Hove and a great location to base yourself for a fun trip. You will be staying with us ( an English family of mum, dad 2 sons, lively labrador) and we will be happy to welcome you to share our home. Our home is a great base for families on an event in Hove or Brighton for anyone wanting a comfortable and friendly base for a short break. Price includes on road parking voucher. The space We have 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and fold-up bed and one with small double and a single bed. Beds will be made up for you with clean linen and fresh towels. You will also get wi fi access, hairdryer as well as a kettle, mugs, tea, coffee and milk for you to make your own drinks at any time. We have plenty of hotel-style toiletries in your bathroom for your use. We have some children's toys which you are welcome to use (including a huge wooden train track, lego and puzzles). As you can see we are really happy to have families with children to stay. Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 10.30, and can be a choice of any or all of the following: tea, coffee and fruit juice, a wide variety of cereals, toast, butter and a choice of jam, marmalade and of course nutella. We will either leave it out for you to help yourself, or if we are around be happy to serve it for you. Any dietary requirements we can usually cater for if given advance notice. Check in is usually 6.00 pm (although we can usually be flexible for earlier arrivals if needed - please ask and we will let you know). Check out time usually is 11.00 am We are only 7 minutes walk from the seafront at Hove, and within 5 minutes of 3 great parks which are perfect for children under 10 - Wish Park, Hove Lagoon and Stoneham Park. On a bus route straight into central Brighton (with buses running all day and into the evening) there is no problem getting to and from the city centre. Guest access You'll have access to our pretty garden to relax in, and the kitchen to make tea and coffee or cold drinks of squash or water at any time during your stay. Our washing machine is available if you need a load doing and we also have a washing line and a tumble drier (in the garage). There is a private bathroom ( shower, sink and loo) directly beside your bedrooms. b3drooms will be made up with clean linen, and towels provided. We will be around the house to welcome you, and also in the mornings as you have your breakfast. We're very happy to give you as much advice as you want about where to go and what to see. If you would rather be left alone then that is fine with us, just let us know (we won't be offended) Other things to note Price includes a voucher (which we will give you) for on street parking on our road and as it's a quiet road you won't have any problem finding a space really close to our house ( if you can't find one opposite).
