Solo room, warm house

Enjoy warm and bright accommodation in an eco-district located in the immediate vicinity of shops (5 min walk to a Carrefour), the "Chaud Bouillon" area ("food court" restaurant and local brewery (2 minutes) and the Marbrerie metro station (7 minutes, line 1). You will be in the heart of Lille in 3 stations (Lille train station and city center). By car, the house is 7 minutes from Lille Grand Palais, 9 minutes by bike (bike rental "vélib 'métropole" at the end of the street). The space You have Wi-Fi, a desk in the bedroom, a shared bathroom with walk-in shower, access to the kitchen with fridge, oven, gas stoves, coffee maker etc... The house also features a shared terrace and gardens. Welcome... During your stay As a local, I am available for any questions during your stay. Other things to note Check-ins are usually around 5pm and until 10pm, 11pm max. Checkouts are expected by 11 a.m. I can also open the reception earlier sometimes, "randomly", during lunchtime according to my schedule and the absence of guests. I've never had an organizational problem with my guests. Several entrances through the gardens are possible. The easiest is the entrance through 24 Allée des Soudeurs. a double room is also available for a stay of 3 people. Welcome. cdt.
