⚠️ Important: Grand Kuke Seaside Condos is a residential condo, not a hotel. Management/security/maintenance personnel do not perform special tasks or services for guests. Only registered guests (no visitors) can enter. In the pool and common areas, the following are prohibited: food/drinks, alcohol/drugs, glass, bonfires/fireworks and hanging clothes on facades/balconies/terraces. By booking, you agree to these rules and the condominium rules that will be shared. The space GRAND KUKE SEASIDE CONDOS is a luxury residential, recreational and tourist development with private apartments and common areas dedicated to family rest. The apartment is located in the Grand Kuke Condominium with an incredible infinity pool and access to the ocean. The space has 2 bedrooms: The master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds and shares a full bathroom with the living room. 🍽️ Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, basic set of pans, cooking utensils, dishes, covered glasses, cups, coffee maker, blender and microwave. 🛌 Includes sheets, personal towels and pool towels for up to 8 people. Dining room and living room with enough space for one person to sleep (does not include sheets). 📶 Internet and cable TV available. 📝 You are renting the apartment directly from the owner, so any situation related to your stay must be communicated to us. 📄 Please read the attached regulations, which apply mainly in the common areas: 1. Registration in administration: Upon arrival, you must register with management. For security reasons, the condominium controls access and identification as a guest of a leased apartment. 2. Guest-only check-in (no visitors): For security and condominium rules, access is allowed only to the group of people who arrive and are registered with the reservation. No outside visitors are allowed at any time. 3. Condominium, not hotel: Condominium staff (management/security/maintenance) do not provide hotel-type services. We'll discuss any issues with the apartment directly with you. 4. Volume and rest (inside the apartment): Please keep a moderate volume of music at all times, to encourage everyone to rest. The administration may request to lower the volume if there is discomfort. 5. Common areas and pool: No food or drinks No alcohol or drugs. No glass. No campfires, rockets or fireworks. Beds: It is not allowed to move beds. If there are more visitors, please share and avoid monopolizing them. To use the bed, you must use a towel. Umbrellas: to open them, ask for support from the condominium assistant/staff (they are delicate and this way we avoid breakage). Prohibited: glass, food, alcohol, pets. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Pets: with leash and collar, and clean up waste. 6. Clothesline: It is forbidden to hang clothes on facades, balconies or terraces. 7. At the end of your stay (very important): Wash dishes and utensils (no need to store them in the cupboard). Take out the bathroom and kitchen trash to the trash can under the stairs.
