Village Green Studio Loft

Studio loft with all the conveniences of an extended stay hotel room but with a better view and less congestion. The loft itself boasts two queen beds, a pull out sofa bed, a balcony, a two burner induction stove top, toaster oven, microwave, mini fridge, gas grill, washer and dryer and a 55 inch UHD TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+. The space Come enjoy the beautiful sunsets featuring a view of Sawtell Peak from your balcony, and the beautiful yard and fire pit bordering the second hole of Island Park’s golf course (The yard is shared with occupants of the Village Green Lodge Rental). The apartment is just 23 quick miles to the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park, 59 miles to the entrance of Grand Teton National Park. It’s just a few miles from great fishing at Henry’s Lake and world class fly fishing on Henry’s Fork. Village Green Loft has convenient access to many ATV and snowmobile trails in the area, including Sawtelle Peak and Two Top Mountain. You can ride directly from the cabin onto the trail system. It's located within ½ mile of the grocery store, ATV/snowmobile rental shops, and restaurants. A pack-n-play and stroller are available upon request when booking. Also please note, this studio loft shares part of the deck with the Village Green Lodge (sleeps 27) and can be rented in conjunction for larger groups. Guest access The apartment features a long driveway capable of supporting multiple cars or a snowmobile/ATV trailer. An individual keyless access code will be sent a few days before guests arrive. Other things to note A maximum of two house trained dogs are allowed on this property but must be kept on leash while outside and can not be left unattended indoors. (Sorry NO Cats Allowed) Prior approval is required for all pet stays and a one time fee of $25 per dog will be collected at time of arrival.
