Make memories with your loved ones in our non-heated pool and let your children enjoy the playground while you swim! The space Beautiful house nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the house with your family and friends. Master bedroom has its own shower and 40 in Roku TV and 3 additional bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. You have access to the enclosed private pool and children’s playground in the backyard. Enjoy the house like it’s yours! Guest access Back shed is unlocked because the switch to the lights by the playground is located inside (left corner by the door). Otherwise, back shed is for owner use only. Door to supply closet by the kitchen is locked. It’s for cleaner/owner use only. Other things to note The house is close by an elementary school. You will see mild traffic in the street at 0825 am and at 0300 pm due to parents picking up and dropping off their children. It last anywhere from 15-30 mins. Lawn Maintenance: Our lawn maintenance will be scheduled twice every month. We will notify you if they come during your stay. My lawn care team will come through the side gate and will do yard maintenance for about 30-40 minutes. (Timeframe may get rescheduled due to ERs and weather).
