Up & Away on Braeside Mountain at 857m above sea level, is the highest point between Toowoomba & The Summit. Offering spectacular 180-degree panoramic views of the entire Southern Downs region. Relax, enjoy wine by the fire pit, soak in the infinity saltwater pool/spa, make pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, or explore the many gardens. Located just 20 minutes to Warwick and less than 30 minutes to many wineries and tourist spots and national parks of the Granite Belt region. The space Guests have access to the entire home as well as the grounds surrounding the home. There are 4WD and walking trails through the western paddock. There are 263 acres of open bushland to explore. The home is well equipped with an indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, pizza oven, BBQ, and bedding to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Please note: Up & Away is indeed pet friendly. We allow for a MAXIMUM of 2 pets per stay. Small and medium dogs only unless otherwise arranged. There is an additional pet fee. At this time the spa heating is only available UPON REQUEST and with a cost for use of on-site gas cylinders. Instructions will need to be provided on how to operate the spa heater. We will always do whatever we can to accommodate your requests and enhance your stay at Up & Away Braeside Mountain. Guest access You have full access to the entire house, as well as the grounds around the home. We offer a saltwater pool and spa during warmer months, an outdoor pizza oven and sitting areas, BBQ, fire pit, as well as 263 acres of gardens and plenty of natural bushland to roam. Boasting views as far as they eyes can see from most rooms within the house itself and everywhere from the rear of the home. Enjoy daily sunrises and sunsets from the East to the West. We also suggest looking up at night to enjoy the stars on beautiful clear nights. Please note: We do have an on-site caretaker residing in an area away from the main house. There is no interaction with guests unless required in an emergency or situation which requires assistance. Other things to note Up & Away is pet friendly, however, we do assess a fee for pets during your stay. Maximum of 2 pets per stay, dogs only, unless otherwise approved prior your check-in date. Please read through our pet policies under our House Rules. Our home can be made available for small private events and retreats. There is parking on the property for more than 30 vehicles if needed. We also own and operate an event planning and styling company - Everybody Say Love Events. We will happily assist and provide a quote for event hire, styling, decor and additional lighting needs. If you would like to consider Up & Away Braeside Mountain for a special event (wedding, elopement, birthday, retreat or celebration), we would be more than happy to discuss this with you. Please note: Spa heating is only available if requested PRIOR to check in. There is an additional charge for spa heating. We are happy to quote the additional charges once your request is received. ANY events on the property (more than 10 people) will ONLY be considered and allowed with prior owner approval. Please enquire when making your booking about hosting any sort of event, party or retreat during your stay. An event fee may apply. As we are reliant on rainwater and septic, there are specific costs and considerations we need to manage for any events.
