A colorful, non-smoking apartment, renovated in 2021, with separate Entrance to you. The apartment is quietly located, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). You can reach the center in about 15 minutes on foot or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people, there is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You also use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A travel crib and high chair are available upon request. The space Welcome! We – Monika and Hermann – rent a beautiful apartment right in the heart of Oldenburg. The apartment was extensively renovated in 2021 and is located in a quiet 30 km/h zone in the Osternburg district. In the bedroom there is a cozy double bed (160 × 200) and in the living room the sofa can be quickly converted into a sofa bed for 2 people. Bed linens are always included. In addition to all the electrical appliances for everyday use (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, etc.), the fully equipped fitted kitchen also includes a comfortable Quooker faucet system for cold, warm and boiling water from a faucet. Of course, the whole thing has a child safety lock. The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with an open, walk-in shower and a rain shower head. Towels and hand foam are included. There is also the possibility for you to wash and dry your laundry. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. In front of the house, a seating area invites you to linger. Guest access The vacation rental is located in our owner-occupied two-family house, a real Oldenburg old building. Our guests occupy the separate apartment completely alone, including a private entrance. The apartment is about 65 square meters and offers enough space for 2-4 people. You can park the car for free directly in front of the apartment on the street. Other things to note A children's travel bed and a highchair are available to you on request. You can use the Wi-Fi with us free of charge. There are also no extra costs for bed linens and towels. We would also like to make a recommendation for the Ratskeller Oldenburg. Our personal recommendation is kale (Oldenburg is after all the cabbage tour capital), regional asparagus or chanterelles, depending on the season.
