The space The very popular Kalamar Bay beach club is a leisurely 10-minute walk away with the town centre being approximately 25 minutes away and taxis are plentiful and reasonable for the return journey. Due to the popularity of Kalamar there are now a number of popular restaurants and supermarkets within about a 10-minute walk from the villa. Ground floor Designed for open plan living this stylish space has everything you would expect from a villa of this standard. At one end you have the living area with a large television and media centre, a large L shaped sofa strategically placed so that it separates it from the dining and kitchen areas. In the middle of the large space is a dining table with place settings for 8 guests. Lastly you have a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances including: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and a breakfast bar. From here a glass door gives you access to the pool terrace. Off the kitchen area is a utility room equipped with a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and fully furnished. First floor: There are an additional 3 bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1: Master double room fully furnished with wall mounted television. A contemporary en suite bathroom with a double shower, double washbasins, a jacuzzi bath and a sea view balcony. Bedroom 2: double room fully furnished with wall mounted television, and en suite bathroom and a sea view balcony. Bedroom 3: twin room double room fully furnished with wall mounted television and sea view balcony.   Outside: Dominated by a large infinity pool with views across the bay it also incorporates a jacuzzi. The pool measures approximately 9.5 metres x 3.5 metres and 1.7 metres deep. There are plenty of cushioned sun loungers and additional seating as well as a covered seating area for al fresco dining.
