All appointed for you during your stay There are 2 storage rooms downstairs that are locked for housekeeping and private owner use only. All other areas of the home and outdoors are accessible to our guests Our guests will have access to us directly or to our appointed manager during their stay. As owners, we reside between Katy and Galveston and spend most weekends at the coast and are available to take your calls and answer your inquiries. Standby maintenance service will be avaible to respond to any unfortunate circumstances. Surfside Beach is accessible by vehicle. A parking permit is required and can be obtained at some of the convenient stores or at the beach entrance streets PLEASE NOTE: Property owner is required to collect 4% local hotel tax.
