You will stay in a comfortable and bright studio with a nice balcony and a large terrace upstairs. Completely refurbished in 2022. Unique style! The space GROUND FLOOR: Private entrance at street level, 50 meters from free public parking. 1st FLOOR: - a large, very bright space with a beautiful ceiling height, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable bed. Heating and Aircon. - a nice balcony overlooking an alley. - a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and heating. 2nd FLOOR: - a rooftop terrace with magnificent views of the village rooftops. All linen including bed sheets and towels are provided! Connect with the world through free high-speed Wi-Fi! Enjoy the tranquility and fresh air of the countryside! Lie on the deckchairs for sunbathing even in the middle of winter. Other things to note HOUSE RULES When you book with us, you agree to the following rules: UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Only specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal of all travelers (and any guests) from the property without a refund. NO SMOKING: No smoking inside the house. An additional cleaning fee of 100 euro will be charged if detected during or after your stay. MUSIC/PARTY: No loud noise, music or parties. Speakers prohibited. Please be respectful to your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. FURNITURE: Please do not move large furniture without asking first. You may be held liable for damage to furniture and flooring. DAMAGE: Please report damage immediately. Any damage to the property/furniture/objects will be charged to the customer and will be reported to the booking platform. FOOD: Please do not leave food outside the refrigerator and clean your dishes right after your meals, as we are in a village in the countryside and there is a possibility of attracting ants and rodents. We prefer them outside. ELECTRICITY: Please do not unplug the refrigerator at any time. It could damage it. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is until 11 a.m. GARBAGE: Please kindly take your garbage bag to the nearest garbage can when leaving the house. Where? When leaving the house, take a left and immediately to the right then to the left. You will find a large garbage can next to the laundries. Selective sorting bins are located at the entrance to the village, at the roundabout. KEYS: The cost to replace lost or damaged keys is 30 Euros per key.
