Conveniently situated halfway between the Gold Coast and Brisbane City. Near theme parks, Sirromet Winery, Fitzy's Hotel, Cornubia Sports Centre. Brisbane airport 40 kilometres, City 30 kilometres. The property is not suitable for young children under 12 years of age. Guest access Situated in a secure estate in a leafy suburb. The accommodation has its own private entrance. There is no outdoor garden space but there is a balcony with small table and chairs which looks out to Mt Cotton. Other things to note The guest accommodation is self contained with its own entrance but is attached to my house. There are internal stairs up to the guest suite. We have a cavoodle dog (who is happy to meet you if you wish).
