This modern spacious home & venue has beautiful finishes, indoor fire place, wood fire hot tub, large patio, zipline, fire pit, large garden, outdoor shower and kids swings to create the perfect holiday feel! Below the main house is a fully equipped open plan cottage sleeping x4 sharing. Opened for 5 or more of your guests. Not booked out to anyone else during your stay. Santos beach 15min walk Weddings and events upon request. The space The upstairs main house has 2 large bedrooms in separate wings. Each room includes a Queen size bed and a single bed, en suite bath and walk in shower. Therefore sleeping 3 in each room. Both rooms enjoy a beautiful sea view with a sliding door that leads out onto its own patio area. In the centre of the main house is an open plan fully equipped kitchen (incl washing machine, dishwasher & tumble dryer), lounge, dinning room and built in fire place leading onto a large outdoor deck area overlooking the ocean and mountains. Below the house has is a modern cottage with a separate entrance. On the left side is an open plan space with a queen bed, single bed and bath next to it. In the middle is a small lounge, TV and fully equipped kitchen. On the opposite side is another single bed across from an enclosed shower, basin and toilet. Guests who are 5 or more can access the cottage upon request. If you not a large group the cottage is not booked out separately during your stay. Ground level offers an outdoor shower (hot and cold). The back garden includes a wood fire hot tub (mini splash pool), large private enclosed lawn completely safe for dogs, boma fire pit area and a Zipline + swings for kids. The drive way offers enough space for 5 vehicles and ample off street parking. During load shedding the wall + hanging lights, WiFi, Geyser and Stove top still work. FUNCTIONS: We are a boutique wedding ceremonies and reception venue for up to 30 guests and we can cater for any other special occasion. This is booked separately to standard accommodation. Guest access One can either access the house upstairs via the front door at the top of stairs, or there’s a ramp at the back for step free wheelchair access. The cottage is accessible under the deck to the bottom of the property with a private entrance for your use if required. Not booked separately to external guests. Other things to note FUNCTIONS: Events + catering are possible for day time functions. We can host a Wedding Ceremony in the garden and a reception at the house for 30 people. The cottage below the house sleeps 4 in an open plan space (as seen as bedroom 3), available to your group upon request for 5+ guests. We don’t book this out separately to external guests if you are a smaller group. Full property remains private to you alone.
