Access is with digital and electronic locks. Please be advised there is a ring camera at the front gate that does record video and voice. This is for the safety or our guests and our home. No cameras inside the property. Property is beautiful, surrounded by lots of Joshua Trees, Cacti, and desert landscape. Influencers, photogs dream. Mountains with Boulders, Zero light pollution, Galaxies visible, Stars so close you can touch. Relax in the Jacuzzi and gaze at the stars. Other things to note Pool is not fenced or covered, please be aware. 8 of the 20 acre property is fully fenced for your security and privacy. Anyone under 18 needs his/her parents present while swimming for safety reasons. No Diving, Pool is not deep, no glassware outside by the pool, plastic cups and dishes available for the pool. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety. Pool can be heated, please notify us upon reserving if this is necessary. Pool Heating fee $200/day Memorial day to Labor Day and $300/day from Labor Day to Memorial day Spa Heating fee $100/day Memorial Day to Labor Day and $150/day Labor Day to Memorial Day. Early checkin $100 charge for 1:00 checkin if available. Late checkout $125 charge for 5:00 checkout if available. Please note Pool Service is 8am-4pm Tuesdays and Fridays. The pool man may access the property on those days. Please also note that all of Joshua Tree is on a septic. Please do not flush anything down the toilets except toilet paper. We dont want to have any plumbing issues during your stay. Please use try to use trash cans for toilet paper if possible. Parties, Events or Extra Guests are additional charges. We do not allow guests to throw parties at our home. Its our vacation home and we built it as such. We do not want our wonderful neighbors to call us, we respect our neighbors and would like to keep everything calm. You can have fun and play music but please respect our neighborhood and turn the music down from 11:00pm to 8:00 am. Registration Details CESTRP-2023-01912
