Beautiful stay under the stars. This new construction ranch house sits on 40 acres and is situated within 3 miles of 4 award winning wineries. Brite Lake is a short drive away, approximately 5 miles. The property is nestled among beautiful live oak trees. Both rooms feature the following: private entrance, private 3/4 bathroom, queen bed, wine opener & glasses, coffee bar, refrigerator, and microwave. Parking is in front of the private entrance. Both bedrooms are adjoined by a hallway. The space We are located about 5 miles from the town of Tehachapi (grocery stores and restaurants are in town). We are a working ranch located in the mountains, so don't be surprised if you see or hear coyotes, deer, bobcats, hawks, rabbits, squirrels, quail and lots of birds. Our trusted ranch dogs care for our livestock along with our chickens and ducks, so you may hear a rooster crowing or dogs barking. We have 2 orchards which contain over 100 apple, cherry, peach, apricot, and pear trees. Our neighbors live on 5-20 acres of land, so this is a very quiet and peaceful place. Our neighbor to the west has a farm rescue, Haven4Life Rescue. Electric Vehicle charger available upon request; $30 per use, please notate at time of booking for further details and instructions. We are on a septic system, so proper care must be taken; please no harsh chemicals, feminine hygiene products, diapers, wipes or paper towels down the drains. Larger trashcan is outside, just beyond the horses, a green dumpster. Please close/lock windows and shut off lights when room is unoccupied. Please take care with luggage when placing on a bench or luggage rack so as not to scratch or leave marks on the wall. Please only use bath towels for your body, do not use to remove makeup. Please don't hang heavy items on towel bars (i.e. heavy cosmetic bags). Please use the exhaust fan when showering. Pleas do not change the HVAC temperature, instead message me and I will try to accommodate. Absolutely no fireworks. One Dog is only allowed in room #1 and must not be left unattended (NO CATS). Please pick up after your pet. Pet must be leashed while outside.
