Located in a 24/7 secured residence in Fabulous Cosón bay, offering 12 bedrooms en-suite and 1 President suite , this Villa can accommodate up to 28 people. It counts numerous facilities such as: big infinity pool, heated jacuzzi, children's play garden, pool table, workout room, wifi, TV (international channels), generator, spa room, full kitchen, and more. The place is perfect for a family reunion, large friends trip or special events such as weddings and birthday parties. It also boasts an 80k generator, minivan & driver for day to day needs, new gym equipment, beach beds, and massage areas indoor & outdoor. The villa has recently be used for famous TV reality shows. Guest access You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided. Other things to note We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way. House Includes: 2 Cleaning Ladies 1 Bartender 1 Chef 1 Chauffeur The villa is rented with the service of two housekeepers, a chef, a bartender and a driver with mini bus for local activities. Driver working hours: (9.30am to 7.00pm) Chef and bartender working hours : 8h shift per day Housekeepers working hours: 8:30am-5pm Any extra hours should be arranged and paid directly with the staff. The most important House Rules are: * Silence from 10pm til 7am * Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 6 people at the same time in the property, subject to approval * A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in * At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * Electricity is charged as an extra (0.15 pesos per kW) * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
