Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Beautiful place to relax for weekend away, work trip or extended stay. The house is in Nudgee, located close to many amenities. 3 bedrooms tastefully decorated with everything you need. Ceiling fans and air conditioning in all bedrooms/living space . Long term stays available. Safe, friendly neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street,no noisy traffic noise. Beautiful outlook over nature area at end of street. NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES The space The house is rented fully when you book it. The house has 4 bedrooms, however the room at the front is locked during your stay leaving three large bedrooms with queen beds in each available for your stay. I will not be in the house during the booking period. The open floor plan leads beautifully into the huge covered area which is surrounded in lush tropical gardens and water features to create that ideal place to relax. At night gardens are tastefully illuminated for the perfect place to relax with coffee/wine. Kitchen is fully catered with everything you need to cook up a storm. Huge tv to relax and watch your favorite show. Large lock up garage and laundry facilities are provided (washer and dryer and drying lines). All windows and doors have insect screens and the bathroom has separate bath and shower setup. Other things to note House to Woolworth's, Banyo :7 min drive/28 min walk or one stop on the train. House to Brisbane Domestic Airport : 12 min drive to Domestic Airport, the same time also to International Airport. House to Brisbane Entertainment Centre: 12 min drive, or one stop on the train (Shorncliffe Line) House to Brisbane City: about 5 min walk to Nudgee Station then train to city takes approximately 15-20 min. Returning from the city catch the blue Shorncliffe Line
