Located on the Bay Holiday village in Filey. With EV charger. Close to beach. Small hypo allergenic dogs only please. Lots of amenities on site: Leisure centre with pool. Cafe. Pub. Archery. Tennis, shop, a small amusement centre. The patio door leads to a private patio with garden table and benches which then leads on to a large grassed communal area. There is a bbq area outside and a portable mesh pen for a dog We only accept guests who have 5 * ratings The space In the master bedroom is a king size bed, a 32" Smart TV and its own ensuite with a walk in shower. The second bedroom also has a TV and can be made up as a double or twin. The main bathroom has a bath and shower. The living area is an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with dining table and 5 chairs. Logs are provided for the log burner fire in the living room in the colder months Downstairs toilet and sink Guest access Access via key safe at the house. The key safe is situated on the left hand side of the property. Other things to note We have a brick built bbq outside Parking is available for 2 cars directly outside the door We have now installed an EV charger at the property and there are 2 EV charging points located at Woodspring Way.
