Enjoy the perfect blend of beach life and poolside relaxation in a prime, walkable location. The space Welcome to The Old Beacon Unit 1, your spacious and private vacation cottage. The Old Beacon Built in 1940 is a one-of-a-kind property. It features 2 duplex buildings, with the pool and common area in the middle, keeping the property and pool very private. Unit 1 is the largest on the property. The interior is clean, modern, and bright, designed for comfort and relaxation. Living Area: An open-concept living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for your group to gather. Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances for all your cooking needs. Bedrooms: Three simple and tidy bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms. Laundry: Convenient in-unit laundry facilities. Guest access Guests will enjoy complete and private access to the entire main floor unit (Unit 1). Private Areas Include: Three bedrooms Two full bathrooms Living room Fully equipped kitchen In-unit laundry Shared Amenity Access: You will also have access to the incredible shared outdoor common area, which includes: A sparkling swimming pool Relaxing porch swings Outdoor dining area A convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. Other things to note Please be aware of the following during your stay: While your interior living space (Unit 1) is completely private, the outdoor amenities, including the swimming pool and backyard, are shared common areas for all guests staying at The Old Beacon. The common area and pool cannot be reserved for any event. Please be aware of the quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM where we ask our guests to be considerate, and not use the pool during these hours as it may be a noise disturbance.
