Second Floor: Upstairs, you'll find two serene bedrooms and the second full bathroom with a walk in-shower. Key Amenities: Private in-unit laundry facilities for your convenience. Comfortable and stylish furnishings throughout. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire two-story Unit 3. In addition, you are invited to enjoy the amazing shared outdoor common area, a true oasis for relaxation and fun. Shared amenities available to all guests of The Old Beacon include: A sparkling swimming pool An outdoor patio area for meals al fresco Charming porch swings for lazy afternoons A convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off after returning from the beach Other things to note Please be aware of the following while checking in and during your stay: Property Layout: Please note that this unit is one of two in the back cottage on the property. Walk down the sidewalk on the east side of the property past the pool. While your interior living space (Unit 3) is completely private, the outdoor amenities, including the swimming pool and backyard, are shared common areas for all guests staying at The Old Beacon. The common area and pool cannot be reserved for any event. Please be aware of the quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM where we ask our guests to be considerate, and not use the pool during these hours as it may be a noise disturbance.
