Our home is centrally situated in walking distance to Newlands Cricket Ground as well as restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is friendly and close to parks. You can get to the beach, mountain, city and the winelands easily. There is a garden on both sides of the house which allows you to choose where you would like to sit based on the sun. We have a view of the mountain from the back. The space There are three local food shops within walking distance and quite a few parks to relax in. Guest access The guests have access to the whole house except the garage and playroom.
