We ask you to use them responsibly and take care of the living space as you would your own home. Please note that after using the elevator, you need to go up or down one flight of stairs. The elevator stops between the floors. Other things to note House rules - please read carefully. We want every guest to feel at home and help us keep the apartment in excellent condition. Thank you for taking care of the place! — Garbage: Please don't leave too much garbage in the apartment. — Smoking: Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden. A $100 fine will be charged for violation. You can use the shared balcony for smoking. Towels: Towels are for personal use only and should not be used for floor cleaning. There is a mop in the apartment. If you can't find it, please let us know. Any irreversibly damaged or stained towel will be charged $15 each. — Bed linen: Please be especially careful with bed linen. In case of irreversible stains (e.g. wine, cosmetics, blood), a fee of $100 will be charged for replacement. — Keys: Guests are responsible for the apartment keys. A fee of $50 will be charged for lost keys. – Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm out of respect for the neighbors. – Damage: If anything is broken or damaged during your stay, please let us know immediately so we can promptly resolve the issue.
