Location: Nestled in a secure and quiet neighborhood, our home provides a safe and peaceful haven for your stay. Conveniently situated in the central area of Christchurch, you'll have easy access to the city's top spots, including the airport and downtown. Facilities: Our house is fully equipped for your comfort. It features a heat pump for ideal temperature control, comfy Lazy Boy sofas, a smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. We also provide parking for residents. We've just added a versatile new sofa bed in the living room, which can transform into a king-size bed or two single beds and can be moved to any bedroom as needed. Bedrooms: The house has three inviting bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds, and the third offers two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to six people. Each room is equipped with heaters and electric blankets to keep you cozy during the winter months. Bathrooms: You'll find two toilets and one shower room. We supply clean sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Utilities: Enjoy 24/7 hot water, a washing machine, and laundry powder at your disposal. Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, with complimentary coffee, tea bags, and milk provided.
