Magnolia's Mini Reni | Cozy 1-bed with on-suite

This home was recently rennovated by Joanna Gaines and the team at Magnolia for their new show Mini Reni on HBO! I am listing a private master bedroom with private on-suite bathroom. The home is a shared 3bd/2ba that I live in with my dog and boyfriend! Short drive to Magnolia, Baylor and the Hospital along with easy access to the best restaurants and coffee shops. The space Home is equipped with AT&T Fiber, flat screen TV, smart speakers, plenty of kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, and a huge backyard. Home is surrounded by spacious streets for walking/running. The home is a 3bd/2ba. Your bedroom is the master bedroom and it has an on-suite bathroom and a king sized bed with a wonderful mattress and some great bedding. I live in another bedroom and use the main bathroom off the hallway. The second bedroom is empty and flexible to book if another room is needed. I occassional use it for my own guests and will let you know if I have any! Guest access You'll have access to your room and all of the common spaces including, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, living room, sun room, and patios. Please be respectful of the place and my belongings as I actively live here. I ask that you do not go through my things other than the amenities I allow (tv, games and puzzles, kitchen dishes and utensils) you are renting a room in my home so please be respectful. PLEASE READ: no unbooked and unregistered guests may enter the property without prior approval. Violation will be cause for cancellation with no refund and you will also be charged $20 for every 10 minutes an unbooked guest is in the house. This is not a hotel, it’s my personal house so the people who book will be the ONLY guests welcome. There should be no more than 1 car parked out front at any time unless approved beforehand, park on the street (unless I’m out of town, you can park in the driveway). During your stay I am happy to give recommendations or answer any questions as you stay and explore the area. I'm quick to respond to messages on this platform and I'll be sure to give you my cell number once you stay. Other things to note I will be home most weekdays and if you book a weekend there may be a chance you get the place to yourself if I'm out of town! I go into the office regularly, although I do work from home on occassion. I have a 3 year old boston terrier who lives with me and is well groomed and loved. I am very clean and quiet and am excited to host people that are coming to explore Waco! Sometimes I'll have friends or my boyfriend stay over but I try and stay out of the way if I'm hosting on Air BnB and I'll keep you updated if I have something going on.
