This lovely four bedroom colonial style home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Our Palmer House (as we call it) has a spacious living room with a large TV for relaxing. Off the kitchen you can also relax in the den while being cozy near the gas fireplace. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space for cooking and the dining room has a huge table that easily fits 6 to 8 people. Four bedrooms and 2 full baths offers plenty of space and there is a half bath on the main floor as well. The space Our Palmer House is within walking distance to downtown Plymouth where you will find an assortment of great restaurants, coffee shops and night life along with fun shops to browse. Kellogg Park is a beautiful place for photos and to sit with your coffee to enjoy the surroundings. There is also a movie theater - The Penn Theater right across from Kellogg Park. Plymouth is an active community with plenty of fun things to do and free concerts on Friday nights during the summer months. Guest access The Garage and part of the basement are NOT included in guest areas. Please respect the three parts of the basement not accessible (closet, mechanical area and under the basement stairs) Other things to note The backyard is fully fenced and the house is pet friendly. There are several parks nearby within walking distance. There is a patio in the backyard as well as lawn space. Table and chairs are available for outdoor dining when weather permits. A BBQ grill is also available.
